Note: All tuition plans begin in July. Payments are sent directly to the
Main Office.
Tuition Rates & Payment Plan Amounts
In-Parish: Members of St. Clement Parish who use the parish envelopes and
meet the minimum contribution of $250 to the support of the church.
Out-of-Parish: You are not a registered member of St. Clement Parish or,
you are a member of St. Clement Parish but you do not use the parish envelope system
and/or your contribution to the church does not meet the $250 minimum standard.
Note: If you apply for and are granted financial aid, the amount of financial aid is subtracted from the full amount of tuition. Your payments are then calculated on the balance of tuition payable. The amount of each payment is based on the
payment plan you select.
(Senior High only) Tuition does not cover the cost of Student Class Fees and Book Bills. Students purchase and own their books.
Used books are available at the end and beginning of each year, and are sold on a first come first serve basis.
Tuition Policies

1.

Students entering Grade 9 - A $200 deposit of tuition is required in June. This
deposit is not refundable and will be subtracted from the amount of your first payment
due on July 1st.

Students withdrawn for disciplinary/academic reasons: Parents forfeit all paid tuition.
|

3.

Students withdrawn for other reasons: Parents will be held responsible for the amount
of tuition due based on the months the student was enrolled. If you begin a month
you are responsible for the tuition of that month. Notice must be given 10 days
prior to the anticipated date of withdrawal.

Accounts more than 30 days past due will result in the student not being admitted
to school.
|

5.
|
All tuition accounts must be up to date in order for students to take mid-term and
final exams.
